Navkar Metal Syndicate supplies premium Arsenical Copper (CuAs) in grades C14200 and C14300, engineered for superior performance in demanding electrical, marine, and industrial applications. This alloy combines the exceptional conductivity of pure copper with improved softening resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength — achieved through a small, controlled addition of arsenic (~0.02–0.06%).

Arsenical Copper retains up to 85–90% of pure copper’s electrical conductivity while exhibiting higher resistance to hydrogen embrittlement and stress relaxation, making it ideal for heat exchangers, condensers, boiler tubes, and marine components operating in high-temperature or corrosive environments. Its excellent weldability and formability also make it a preferred choice for industrial busbars, transformer components, and electrical conductors.

Chemical Composition

Arsenical Copper alloys are high-conductivity copper grades strengthened and stabilized by small additions of arsenic (As), which enhances resistance to softening, scaling, and corrosion in high-temperature and marine service.
