Our copper finned tubes are manufactured using advanced processes that ensure uniform fin spacing, optimal fin height, and strong mechanical bonding between the tube and the fins. These tubes are designed to deliver superior thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Manufactured from premium-grade copper such as ETP Copper (C11000) and DHP Copper (C12200), they ensure exceptional performance in both air-cooled and liquid-cooled heat exchanger designs.

Applications
Supply & Quality Details – Copper Low Fin Tubes
- Copper Low Fin Tubes are manufactured and supplied in exact lengths as required by the customer, ensuring precise fit and optimal performance.
- Copper Low Finned Tubes are available with plain portions at both ends as per customer specifications for ease of expansion, welding, or fitting.
- Copper Fin Tubes can also be supplied with intermediate landings (plain portions for baffle sheet support) as per project or design requirements.
- All Copper Fin Tubes are pneumatic pressure tested or hydro tested after finning to ensure leak-free and durable performance under operating conditions.
- Tubes are stress relieved on our in-house electric conveyor belt furnace, in accordance with ASTM SB-359 or as per customer-specific requirements.
- A detailed Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is provided along with every supply, ensuring full traceability and compliance with technical standards.
